INTRODUCTION

SUHAGRA 100 is a supplement to Sildenafil which is part of a class of drugs known as PDE5 or phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It is used to treat men with erectile dysfunction, often referred to as impotence. It is when a man can’t achieve or maintain a hard erect penis, suitable for sexual activities. Erectile disorder (ED) is the inability of men to reach and keep an erect penis with enough rigidity to permit sexual activity. This medication works by helping to relax blood vessels in the penis and allowing blood to flow into the penis whenever you are sexually provoked.

Sildenafil can be used to treat sexual dysfunction by blocking PDE-5 and increasing NO activity within the penis. The mechanism for erection in the penis is through the release of nitric oxide (NO) in sexual stimulation. NO is then started by the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which causes an increase of cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate (cGMP), which results in the ease of smooth powers and blood flow to the penis.

Always take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your physician. It is not recommended for pregnant women, children, or teens under 18 years old. Age. Before you start taking this medication, inform your doctor if you suffer from serious liver or heart problems, recently suffered a stroke or heart attack, or suffer from an abnormally low level of blood pressure.
