We operate Adamas, a 上高井 フレンチ restaurant in a wooden house built in an elegant traditional Japanese house by reusing the durable wood that has supported private houses in the snowy Hokushin region. The interior is comfortable, with plenty of wood, and you can feel the good old Japanese aesthetic in everything from the shoji screens to the beams. The quaint counter makes use of features such as cypress and cedar, giving it the warmth of wood, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.
