Hello, I am Maria Stan, and I work as a yoga teacher at 7 Chakras Yoga School. I have completed 300 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh through which I gained immense knowledge to work as a yoga teacher. After completing my training, I have worked as a yoga teacher for more than 6 years and have enough experience to guide my students on the right path. 7 Chakras Yoga School provided me the platform to realize my dream of working as a yoga teacher and help spread the authentic knowledge of yoga to the world.
