The cholesterol levels by age chart shows the numbers or the levels which are considered healthy for most of the people.

For people who are below 19- Total cholesterol should be below 170, Non-HDL cholesterol should be below 120 and LDL and HDL cholesterol should be below 11 and above 45, respectively.

For 20 and older- Total cholesterol should be between 125 & 200, Non-HDL cholesterol should be below 130 and LDL and HDL cholesterol must be below 100 and above 55, respectively.

Cholesterol levels must be 40 or higher for the people who are assigned male at birth and 50 or higher for those who are assigned female at birth. Also your LDL should be lower than your HDL.
