Although rumors circulated through the internet this week Mut 22 coins, EA continues to plan to release two more updates to Madden 22’s Franchise mode. It will reiterate what it claims to be its support for Madden as a live-streamed game.

In a new announcement, EA Sports told IGN: We don’t like to talk about rumors and speculation. However, we’re committed to improve Franchise as part of our ongoing Madden NFL 22 live service, and even beyond. It includes two upcoming Franchise updates that we’ll deliver with Madden NFL 22. We’ll be providing more details on the updates in the new year.

The announcement follows a report from Sports Gamers Online that EA has decided to stop any further Franchise mode update for Madden 22. The report cited IGN’s video interview of Madden 22 chief producer Seann Graddy. He stated that the content strategy is “slightly more modest than previous years prior” due to the fact that the team is focusing on a few key areas instead of trying to introduce content on the scale of Superstar KO, a well-received arcade mode released within Madden 20.

“I would suggest that [the roadmap isprobably a little less ambitious than previous years because we’re focused on a handful of areas in Madden 22 and also getting going on Madden 23 in a big way,” Graddy said at the time. “So I will stand by our previous statements over in the past couple of years”We’re a living service and we’ll continue to update the game, but we’re not going to be talking about a completely new mode.”

The report garnered attention in part because franchise mode is a subject of contention with some Madden fans. Indeed, the promised roadmap was first announced in response to the #fixmaddenfranchise campaign buy mut coins, which was popular on Twitter in the middle of 2020. It started after reports suggested that EA wasn’t planning improvements to franchise mode that year.
