The beginning point

Return to Ava after you have failed to cut the tree that is attacking you. She will then ask you to speak with Turael because he’s trying to figure out how to beat the undead tree.

Transfer to the Warriors’ Guild by using your combat bracelet and talk to the slayer master, who is called Turael. He will give you an axe with a blessing in exchange for a holy symbol and a mithril. You’re now required to make translations of those research notes. It’s up to you to complete it. This combination is evident in the image. The colours of the buttons may be altered by clicking on them.

The notes that were translated

Talk with Ava once you’ve finished with the notes. She will ask you to deliver some polished buttons and a piece of leather to complete the device. Polished buttons can easily be obtained from pickpocketing H.A.M. Members or directly from the Grand Exchange. In the end, you’ll be given 50 crafting XP as well as an illustration. Combine these with button that has been polished and with a piece of hard leather to create a container.
