Neon lights are usually made of LED light strips and acrylic sheets. Compared with traditional neon lights, acrylic neon lights are safer, consume less energy, and have a relatively simple production process. The following are the steps to make acrylic neon lights.

First, you need to design the pattern or text of the acrylic neon light. This step usually uses computer software (such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW) for vector design. After the design is completed, the file will be converted into a format suitable for the cutting machine. According to the design pattern, the acrylic sheet is cut out with a laser cutter. The cutting machine will accurately cut the outline of the pattern according to the designed path, and carve a shallow groove on the acrylic sheet for subsequent embedding of the LED light strip. Install the LED light strip into the shallow groove of the acrylic sheet according to the shape of the pattern. The LED light strip is usually flexible and can be easily bent into the desired shape and fixed with strong glue or card slots. After installing the LED light strip, connect it to the power adapter. You need to ensure that the wire connection is firm to avoid affecting the service life of the light. You need to choose the appropriate interface or plug according to your needs. After assembly is completed, conduct a power-on test to check whether the brightness and color of the light are as expected.

Acrylic neon lights are easy to make and can achieve richer colors and effects, making them very popular in modern interior decoration and advertising design.
