Right today, there are a plethora of delicious coleslaw mixes on the market. I started with a kale slaw mix made up of kale, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts, in keeping with the semi-homemade notion. You can use any coleslaw mix you like or make your own cabbage slaw from scratch.
