It will also take time to learn his technique better and to play more consistently. In the end, he’s likely to be a really good player, but the team that chooses him will need to be patient.

This sounds like a good idea, but the vast majority of teams will not take a quarterback who is not a quarterback high in the draft, unless they expect him to be playing immediately. I realize that “everyone” needs edge rushers and it is possible that there will be the chance to get them at the beginning of the draft, but I’d be leery of taking Harold at this level. Hell, I might be leery of taking him in the second round just to be open with you.
